Our estate is located in Sancerre, in the center of the tiny, famous and very pretty village of Chavignol, 2 hours south of Paris.

The Delaporte family has been established in the heart of the Sancerre region since the 17th century. The estate has been handed down from father to son over several generations. Each generation has made advances in the vinification process and added to the renown of our wines.

Today our estate covers 24 hectares of vines with an annual production is of about 200,000 bottles. 50% of our production goes overseas, mainly to the USA, UK and Japan, while the other half is bought by private customers and restaurants.
