Looking for a healthy, non-alcoholic drink to pair with food or mix with cocktails, Enroot founders Brad Pitt, Cristina Patwa, and John Fogelman set out on a mission to create a range of organic sparkling wellness teas that they wanted to drink. In partnership with James Beard Foundation chefs, their goal was to craft a delicious, nourishing non-alcoholic beverage that could stand up to the greatest cuisines in the world and find a home in the best restaurants around the country. Drawing inspiration from her grandmother Pamela, a small-scale farmer and food entrepreneur in Davao, Philippines, CEO Cristina Patwa put respect for the land and farmers who grow their ingredients at the heart of the business. After meticulous research and care, Enroot was born, offering five bright and tasty farm-to-bottle sparkling teas made from natural plants and high-quality tea varietals. Today, behind Enroot stands a community of chefs, farmers, advocates, entrepreneurs, and wellness lovers who are dedicated to mindful nourishment, sustainability, and equity in our food systems.
